Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our clients in the food industry. The Recruiter will also be responsible for posting job listings, screening candidates, conducting phone and video interviews, managing relationships with hiring managers, and negotiating job offers. While the role is located in Houston, TX, some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in the food industry
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruitment software
• Experience with phone and video interviewing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred
