Do you have experience managing a team? The Reisner Group is looking for Warehouse Operations Supervisors for a fast growing grocery company! Located in Rosenberg, TX. Warehouse Operations Supervisor will be working 1st shift or 2nd shift. If you like managing and growing a team, this is the role for you!

Compensation:

$80k/year working a 45/hour work week.

Job Description:

Manage a warehouse team, coaching and developing associates.

Ensure associates are correctly selecting proper product, abiding by OSHA guidelines, and working efficiently.

Monitor processes for inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Monitor the daily shipping schedules to ensure the stores have inventory necessary to meet customer needs.

Plan and conduct weekly meetings, looking at budgets and finances.

Vet and conduct interviews for warehouse team.

Ensure all federal, state and local regulations are abided by.

Conduct Annual performance reviews.

Oversee the team’s use of inventory operational control measures.

Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

Ability to work in a refrigerated/ freezer environment.

Abide by OSHA guidelines, including wearing steel toed shoes.

Ability to work in a team oriented environment, motivating employees.

Ability to negotiate.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Detail oriented.

Ability to perform basic arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry and walk around the warehouse.
