Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all operational functions across departments, including product, engineering, sales, and marketing
• Develop and execute short-term and long-term business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams while cultivating an inclusive and innovative workplace culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of senior leadership or general management experience, ideally within the internet or software industry
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, SaaS business models, and digital product ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage P&L responsibilities
