Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day business operations across departments including product, engineering, sales, and customer success
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute company goals, ensuring alignment with broader organizational strategy
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Assist in developing and managing departmental budgets, forecasts, and resource planning
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners
• Represent the General Manager in meetings, negotiations, and decision-making processes when required
• Support talent development initiatives, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data security standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of progressive leadership or management experience, ideally within the internet, software, or technology industry
• Proven ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive strategic decisions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated experience with budget management, operational planning, and business development
• Familiarity with SaaS business models, software development lifecycles, or digital product management is a strong asset
