Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to join our growing internet and software company. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring that every visitor, client, and team member experiences a welcoming, professional, and efficient environment. You will oversee all front-of-house operations, playing a critical role in shaping the first impression of our brand and supporting the day-to-day functionality of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all front-of-house operations, including reception, visitor management, and office common areas
  • Greet and assist guests, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Coordinate scheduling, meeting room bookings, and on-site event logistics
  • Supervise and mentor front desk staff, providing guidance and performance feedback
  • Collaborate with facilities, IT, and HR teams to ensure seamless office operations
  • Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate with vendors for restocking and service needs
  • Implement and uphold security protocols, including visitor check-in and badge management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and external service providers
  • Identify opportunities to improve front-of-house processes and enhance the overall office experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a front of house, office management, or hospitality management role
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency with office software tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling platforms
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience in a tech or software company environment is a plus
